HEALTH NEWS: Your Womb, Your Pride--- Drinking coffee may cut womb cancer risk...

I take Tea and not Coffee... Well that's nice, but Many of us take Tea to be 'milk' and 'milo'(a beverage obtained from malted wheat or barley)... However, Tea on its own has its own health benefits which donot undermine the efficacy and efficiency of COFFEE...

A new study has suggested that the risk of developing womb cancer can be reduced by drinking coffee.

Coffee is a brewed beverage prepared from the roasted seeds of several species of an evergreen shrub of the genus Coffea. The two most common sources of coffee beans are the highly regarded Coffea arabica, and the "robusta" form of the hardier Coffea canephora.

The general consensus in the medical community is that moderate regular coffee drinking in healthy individuals is either essentially benign or mildly beneficial. In 2012, the National Institutes of Health–AARP Diet and Health Study analysed the relationship between coffee drinking and mortality. They found that the amount of coffee consumed correlated negatively with risk of death, and that those who drank any coffee lived longer than those who did not.

According to the World Cancer Research Fund report, coffee contains antioxidants which may boost health, the BBC reported.

However, experts said that there is not yet enough evidence to recommend drinking coffee to protect against the disease.

Researchers at Imperial College, London also said that women can reduce their risk of developing the disease with at least 38 minutes of daily exercise and keeping a healthy weight.
