WOW.....!!! CAN YOU DO THIS????

To be frank i didn't believe these pictures were real. They look more like cartoons especially the one above...

Her real name is Julia but also known as Zlata. She has several awards and holds world records for her awesome abilities... she is the world bendiest woman....
These incredible photos reveal how world's bendiest woman contorts herself inunbelievable shapes in her 2015 calendar.

Russian-born Zlata twists herself into the most extreme poses imaginable wearing a slinky skin-tight gold jumpsuit.

Medically, Flexibility or limberness refers to the absolute range of movement in a joint or series of joints, and length in muscles that cross the joints to induce a bending movement or motion.

Flexibility varies between individuals, particularly in terms of differences in muscle length of multi-joint muscles. Flexibility in some joints can be increased to a certain degree by
exercise. However, there are other pathological causes of hyperflexibilty; a good example being Ehler's Danlors Syndrome....

Zlata is really talented... SOME MEN BE WISHING...

Heavily Pregnant Woman stabbed to death by Teenage Girl....!!

SO SAD....!!!

Nathaly Cartas Leon (20) was preparing the nursery for her new arrival and looking for items on Facebook, when she came in contact with Salinas Hernandez (17).

She arranged to meet Hernandez to buy some items off her for the new nursery.

Leon was eight-months-pregnant at the time.

As soon as she walked through the door of Hernandez’ house she was hit on the back of the head with a blunt object, before being viciously stabbed to death.

Hernandez then cut open the woman’s stomach and removed her unborn child.

Leon was reported missing by her concerned family, however it was only several days later that the crime was discovered when Hernandez attended a hospital with the dead baby.

She claimed the child was stillborn at home – however doctors soon realised the baby did not
belong to the teen.

The baby had suffocated in its mother’s womb after the death of its mother.

The teen confessed to the murder under questioning. She told police that she had recently had an abortion and regretted it, and wanted the child for her own.

Moringa leaves can cure 300 diseases says Expert..!!!

According to PunchNews, Prof. Zachariah Russom, says Moringa leaves can cure more than 300 diseases.

Russom, who teaches at the University of Jos, said this during a workshop for farmers in Langtang North, Plateau, organised by the Centre for Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering (CBGE) of the university.

He said that Nigeria was blessed with abundant agricultural potentials and called on farmers to take the advantage to grow more Moringa plant which he called "miracle plant".

"Moringa is a wonder plant which has proved to be a cure for more than 300 diseases in the world.

"Growing moringa plants is like growing multi vitamins at your doorstep as science has proved that the leaves are packed with incredible nutrition that can strengthen our bodies and prevent many diseases.

He said the leaves contained huge quantities of protein, vitamins C and A, and calcium.

The Chairman of Langtang North Local government, Mr Nanmwan Godwin, represented by the council's secretary, Mr Richard Jateau, said the workshop was timely.

He said the workshop came at a time when Nigeria was making frantic efforts diversify its economy owing to the daunting challenges that the oil market was facing.

The Director of the Centre, Prof. Bashir Ajayi, said the aim of the workshop was to expose farmers and people at the grassroots to the usefulness of some of the plants they are growing within their surroundings.

FOR LADIES- Why G-string is not really good for your Health...!

EVERY LADY SHOULD READ THIS...!!!!!!!

As much as many girls/ladies find wearing G-string very s*xy, according to a new report on COMPLETEHEALTH.com, wearing G-string all the time is not really good for your health and they stated
clearly what you might suffer from as a result of excessive wearing of G-string(Gs).

INTESTINAL/VAGINAL INFECTIONS
It's been reported collectively and categorically quoting some gynecologists, that 'Gs' can cause health problems in those that wear it regularly. The health issues start from urinary tract and vaginal
infections. G-strings irritate and inflame the area around the Bartholin's glands, which produce lubricant during intercourse.

They asserted that if the ducts that lead to the glands get blocked, one could also develop a cyst next to one's vagina. Simply put, Gs irritate the vagina and not allowing it enough air space which obviously reveals the harmful nature of the string.

GENITAL INFLAMMATION
Dr Thomas Gent of the Association of Gynecologists once urged females to wear bigger pants to avoid complications of health issues. Yet there is extreme negligence on these facts. Sometimes, girls complain about certain reactions around their private parts, they don't remember these warnings.

G-string pants have led to a big rise in the number of patients seen reporting genital inflammation. This happens when the g-string's rope scrapes and injures the sensitive skin around the genital area – it often occurs especially if they are too tight or made with badly stitched material.

YEAST INFECTION
According to ehow.com, G-string have the capacity of increasing the chances of getting a yeast infection because of extra moisture built up from the tight fit.
A manufacturer of a medication used for the treatment of yeast infections, Vagisil, affirmed that G-string ought to be avoided because it causes yeast infections.

NON-MEDICAL EFFECTS
Wearing a G-string in cold weather can cause your buttocks to become extremely cold. Splitting your pants is an embarrassing moment that can be made
worse if you are wearing a G. This might be something to consider if you are going out in a tight- fitting pair of pants.

So there you have it... The Ball is in your court Ladies...

Man left to die at Madrid airport amid Ebola fear..!!!

A NIGERIAN man was left to die at Madrid's international airport amid fears that he had Ebola.

The man was left lying trembling on the floor for over an hour before he received medical treatment,
as airport staff refused to touch him.

After losing consciousness he was transported to hospital where he later died.

At 5pm on October 18, police officers at Spain's Madrid-Barajas airport reported that a man was lying trembling on the floor.

The airport's medical team decided to call the Health Ministry's specialist Ebola service which arrived 50 minutes later.

At 6.30pm it was finally determined that he did not have Ebola and an ambulance was called – he died half an hour later.

A post mortem revealed that the man was suffering the effects of a cocaine overdose after several bags of the drug had burst in his stomach..!!

Heavily Pregnant Woman loves to wrestle with crocodiles...!!!

YES! Women have being known to engage in some precarious activities during pregnancy, but this story is 'strangest'--just too risky abeg...!!

Fearless Martha Rivera refuses to give up alligator wrestling even though she is thirty-six weeks(8 months) pregnant...

A mother-to-be is wrestling alligators with just a few weeks of her pregnancy left. Having volunteered at the centre for two years, she's progressed from feeding to alligators to wrestling them an average of three times a week. Now eight months pregnant, she's finally decided to axe the grappling aspect of her death-defying performance routine.

Martha, who works at a hospital as her day jobs, said: "I started off working with alligators, feeding them and observing the behaviour they displayed. Of course, I have slowed down a lot during my pregnancy.

I only wrestled up to a point in which I felt confident in my handling skills; once I no longer felt that I was fast enough, I stopped wrestling. What fascinates me most about alligators is how smart they are. People underestimate alligators, not realizing that they catch on very quickly."

Though alligators do not see humans as prey, they have been known to attack, should they feel threatened.

What if something bad happens to her?

THREE NIGERIAN COMPANIES GET WHO APPROVAL TO PRODUCE DRUGS FOR MALARIA, HIV/AIDS AND TB..!!

According HealthNewsNG, Nigeria's Minister of Health, Professor Onyebuchi Chukwu, has announced 3 Nigerian pharmaceutical companies have met the World Health Organisation's Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Prequalification for the production of drugs against malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberkulózis and other diseases.

The pharmaceutical companies are Evans
Pharmaceutical Ltd, May & Baker Pharmaceutical Ltd and Chi Pharmaceutical Ltd.

Chukwu said the firms got WHO's approval after demonstrating acceptable levels of compliance with the WHO GMP after Audits/Inspections by WHO prequalification team.

He revealed that prequalification is one of the major challenges of the Nigerian local drug industries and has been of great concern to the Nigerian government because money and recourses were being lost by government for non-WHO prequalification of local drug manufacturing companies.

The minister revealed that out of the 11
companies that started the journey, four have succeeded. He expressed optimism that the remaining seven will be pre-qualified soon.

Ewedu a cure for Ebola says LUTH Consultant..!!

According to P.M News, A professor of Ophthalmology at the Lagos State Teaching hospital, LUTH, Prof Adebukola Adefule Oshitelu, has laid claims that 'Genus Corchorus' popularly known as Ewedu in Nigeria is capable of curing the Ebola Virus Disease.

She said this at the 2014 African Traditional Medicine organised by NAFDAC yesterday at Ikeja, Lagos state. The programme which was arranged for Traditional Medicine Practitioners and Conventional Medicine Practitioners was in response for an urgent need of cooperation between the two health bodies in order to enhance better and reliable healthcare delivery system.

According to Oshitelu, Ewedu cures Ebola by improving an infected person's immune system, likewise providing prevention against the deadly virus for uninfected persons.

"The qualities inside Ewedu is so much that it will kill Ebola by preventing the virus from replicating and destroying more organs in the body. This would immediately stop the symptoms such as high fever, stooling and vomiting. Ultimately, leading to the cure," Oshitelu said.

She further advised people to consume Ewedu on a regular basis but with strict adherence to its preparation and usage.

"The way it will be prepared will be different from the normal way they cook it. It should be washed and rinsed with liquid vinegar, afterwards blend and cook with drinkable water. No salt, potash or seasoning should be added, take 25cl of the concoction a week and it would boost a person's immunity so that they become impregnable to the virus." Oshitelu said.

However, In a statement made by the Director General of NAFDAC, Paul Orhii who was represented by the Director of Laboratory Service, Stella Denloye, NAFDAC said it has banned illegal advertisement of herbal products and bogus claims of cure for diseases.

"Regulation is the key to ensuring that only good quality, safe and effective traditional/herbal medicines are available to consumers especially if traditional medicine and complementary medicine is to be integrated into the nation's healthcare system," Orhii said.

Kaduna Ebola Case Tests Negative..!!

The 19-year old law student of the Ahmadu Bello University [ABU] suspected to manifest some symptoms of the Ebola Virus Disease [EVD] has tested negative to the virus.

Authorities of ABU and the Kaduna State
Government had sent the patient's blood to Lagos for testing after he reportedly manifested some symptoms associated with Ebola while on admission at the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital [ABUTH].

The state Commissioner For Health, Thot Dogo, had told PREMIUM TIMES Tuesday night that the result of the test was being expected on Wednesday afternoon (today).

But Ebola Alert, an authoritative evidence- driven group of volunteer professionals working on Ebola Virus Disease interventions in the country, told this newspaper laboratory test has
shown the student does not have the virus.

An official of the group, who simply identified himself as Ladi, said the test, concluded earlier on Tuesday night, came out negative.

"Yes, it is true that the result is negative," Ladi said in response to an enquiry by PREMIUM TIMES. "Whatever information Ebola Alert puts out is authentic."

"Reaching a diagnosis of #Ebola is dependent on a laboratory test. However close it may be, it is not Ebola until it is Ebola."

The Kaduna Commissioner for Health, Mr. Dogo, had told PREMIUM TIMES that the student had been on admission at the hospital for a week.

He said after he "developed rashes with
redness of the eyes", authorities became
suspicious and decided to isolate him and test him for Ebola.

FG lifts ban on Residency Training Programme for Medical Doctors..!!

According to Channels TV, The Federal Government has also reinstated all resident doctors that were disengaged as a result of the suspension with effect from the same date.

Accordingly, all Chief Medical Directors and Medical Directors of the training centres are directed to issue letters of reinstatement to the resident doctors to enable them resume work immediately.

The Federal Government urges the resident doctors to see the magnanimity of government in reinstating them as a goodwill gesture to engender greater commitment and dedication to their duties.

The Federal Government had earlier decided that Residency Training Programme in Federal Government hospitals be suspended, pending the conclusion of the ongoing appraisal of the challenges in the health sector.

The decision was made while the strike
embarked on the Nigerian Medical Association, NMA, which started on July 1, was still ongoing, and the Federal Government noted that the strike by members of the NMA had resulted in untold hardship on innocent members of the society who were in need of medical care.

The strike was, however, suspended on Sunday, August 24 (five days ago), after the Federal Government promised to meet their demands.

New Ebola numbers show disease has killed half of those it has infected...!!!

The latest numbers show that the Ebola virus has killed 1,552 out of 3,069 known patients, the World Health Organization said Thursday.

The deadly disease "continues to accelerate," the organization said. It could eventually hit 20,000 cases — more than six times what it is now. Plus, the actual number of affected individuals could be two to four times higher than what's currently being recorded.

"More than 40% of the total number of cases have occurred within the past 21 days. However, most cases are
concentrated in only a few localities," the health agency said in a statement.

The new numbers encompass Guinea,
Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria.

A new outbreak in Congo, thought to be unrelated to the current outbreak in the aforementioned countries, was not
included in the statistics.

On Wednesday, the leader of the African Development Bank said that Ebola is causing major economic damage across West Africa.

"Revenues are down, foreign exchange levels are down, markets are not functioning, airlines are not coming in, projects are being cancelled, business people have left — that is very, very damaging,".

There are also talks that the current Ebola outbreak may affect about 20,000 persons before it can finally be fully controlled..

Nigerian Celebrities Mourn Late Doctor Adadevoh... SHE IS A HERO...!!

Some days ago, Dr. Adadevoh's colleagues were appealing for assistance so as to save
her life, but I guess it was already too late.
What a painful way to die...!!!

Nigerian celebrities have continued to react to the death of Dr. Ameyo Adadevoh, the consultant physician, who died on Tuesday after contracting the Ebola Virus from the late Patrick Sawyer.

Different celebrities have written their own tributes on the doctor who saved the country from the Ebola epidemic by refusing to cave in to the pressure by the Liberian Embassy to allow Patrick Sawyer leave the hospital.

While some say Nigeria should sanction the United States, others stated that the Federal government should give the late doctor a posthumous national award.

Controversial Actress, Halima Abubaka posted on Instagram thus, "Rip brave woman. Hmmm and the doctor slept.. Rip ma#EbolaAwareness# victim#sad"

Singer Lynxx also wrote "I'm beyond sad…. Speechless to say the least… This isn't someone I heard about through the news but a Friends Mum I met almost 20 years ago. I cant even fathom how he / his family feels! But God would be your strength through this trying time! Your death would not be in vain for you stood up to fight for the world, not just your country! May The Good Lord rest your gentle soul in Jesus name! Amen!"

Actress Rita Dominic posted on Instagram "A Hero or Heroine refers to characters who, in the face of danger and adversity or from a position of weakness display courage and the will for self-sacrifice.. That is, heroism-for some greater good of all humanity.. Rest In Peace, Dr AMEYO ADADEVOH.."

Singer, Weird MC tweeted "Dr Adadevoh Thank you ….Fly like an Eagle….Thanks ever so much."

Actress Stella Damasus wrote "Kind and beautiful Dr Ameyo Adadevoh stood her ground to protect Nigeria. She refused to allow Mr. sawyer leave first consultants hospital even when the Liberian Ambassador pressured her to release him. Imagine what would have happened if she had let him go. Ebola would have been more widespread than what we are dealing with now. She died this evening and I strongly believe she deserves a national posthumous award.

EBOLA- She was Determined to save Patrick Sawyer's Life, but she got infected...!!!

Dr, Mrs Stella Adadevoh is a consultant Physician and Endocrinologist at First Consultant Hospital in Lagos where late Liberian Patrick Sawyer was diagnosed with the deadly Ebola disease. She was one of those who diagnosed and was treating Sawyer at First Consultant. Unfortunately she was infected by Sawyer.

Her Fellow Consultants put her pic and case out at a press conference on Thursday, appealing to the U.S Government to urgently send whatever treatment they have for the Ebola virus to Nigeria to save her life and that of other Nigerians at risk of the disease.

According to a Fellow Consultant Mr Okubadejo:

"She treated Sawyer because she was patriotic only for her to be infected with the virus. I am appealing to the U.S. government to send whatever medication they have to Nigeria fast to save Adadevoh. She does not deserve to die. So, this is the reason for this appeal,"

Dr. Adadevoh was one of those who refused to let Sawyer leave the hospital when he attempted to leave while being treated. She probably saved many lives.

Doctors Protest in Abuja saying- 'Sacking Doctors Not The Answer'..!!

What else was expected from our Doctors following the suspension of all resident programs in Nigeria?

Doctors yesterday in Abuja carried placards to protest their 'sack' by the federal government and the suspension of their residency programmes in federal hospitals, demanding for immediate withdrawal of the circular terminating their appointments.

On thursday, it became news that President Goodluck Jonathan had directed the federal ministry of Health to suspend all residency training programmes for doctors, who have been on an indefinite strike since July 1st to press home their demands.

Resident doctors work in teaching hospitals, mostly owned by the federal government. They work as well as learn to become consultants.

Numbering over 50, many of the doctors who wore white overalls, gathered in front of their headquarters in Benghazi Street, Wuse, blocking the road, carrying placards with inscriptions like, "Mr President, Reverse Your Decision Now or Else"; "Mr President, Bring Back Our Doctors, Sacking Doctors Not The Answer".

Addressing the protesters and journalists, the national president of National Association of Resident Doctors, Dr Jubril Abdullahi, condemned government's move and wondered whether it was to resolve the crisis or escalate it.

But the federal government has reacted, describing the protest as hypocritical.

Permanent secretary, federal ministry of Health, Dr Linus Awute, said this yesterday during an interview with journalists. According to him, some of the doctors who claimed to be on strike were still in the field working. He blamed the doctors for the decision by the federal government to suspend residency training for the medical practitioners, including the directive to the managements of public hospitals to find replacements for them.

The president of the NMA, Dr Kayode Obembe who was given a tumultuous applause by his members, following his resignation, last week, described the federal government's action as an assault to the profession.

He charged the doctors not to collect any sack letter, saying that the current government's stance would further worsen the situation.

He said the statutes that established the residency training programme have not been followed and that no individual, no matter how highly placed can wilfully sack doctors without recourse to the statutes.

Doctors deserve a lot of respect in this country. 'Sacking Doctors' is a shame with regards to the Government's response to the on-going strike. It is by no means a solution to the problem.

You can share your comments concerning this issue below. Thanks..!!!
