A Psychiatry Patient was walking pass a big wooden fence at the 'Insane People's Home' and suddenly he hears all the Medical Students inside chanting, "Thirteen! Thirteen! Thirteen!

He became curious about this, seeing a hole in the fence, He looks in. Someone inside pokes him in the eye. Then everyone inside starts chanting, "Fourteen! Fourteen! Fourteen!
